1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment? Waiting for up to two hours, or even an hour, like the rep promised she’d try to have it done by, is ridiculous. There were no cars queued in front of mine when I pulled in either. I’m not going to bother to try going there again for that service.
