Wasted of Time So I scheduled to have an oil change on July 1, 2009 by phone. The oil change, a recall and to have a tire checked out. I get to the counter and told So I scheduled to have an oil change on July 1, 2009 by phone. The oil change, a recall and to have a tire checked out. I get to the counter and told the salesperson I needed all 3 things I just mentioned. He says okay and it will be an hour and a half before everything gets done. He also mentions that he didn't see a recall order for my car but I insisted that I received a letter. So what ends up happening is that no recall was checked, they looked at my tire and said it couldn't be repaired and try to sell me a way overpriced tire and on top of all that...NO OIL CHANGE. The salesperson says that I didn't tell him. REALLY, all he had to do was look at their own inspection sticker for the last oil change that they performed. Or it should have been noted by the receptionist that made my appointment. To sit there for an hour and a half to only get air put in my tire was A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! I won't recommend or use this place ever again! More

I have never had a disappointing service issue with either vehicle. All work has been done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. I am 75 yrs old so I have had my share of automobiles. The folks at KIA of Greenville service are as good as and better than most of the dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Very professional. More

I had a doctors appointment and they offered to have me drop my car off before and they would take me to the appointment They were very accommodating. Always a pleasure I can never say enough nice things about Kia. Everyone is always so friendly, and I love that they take the time to make sure I understand everything I can never say enough nice things about Kia. Friday, I got a flat tire and didn't have a key for my wheels. The manager Sean, told me to tow it over there and he would replace the locks and give me the key. And he did,thanks. More
