Wrong diagnosis My Kia Cadenza radiator fan stayed on after the car was shut off. Took it to them and they said this was normal in hot weather. Not!!! A fan is not su My Kia Cadenza radiator fan stayed on after the car was shut off. Took it to them and they said this was normal in hot weather. Not!!! A fan is not supposed to run for an hour after the car shuts off. I went on line and found several blogs where others experienced t same problem and found that one issue cold be a faulty fan relay. I found a schematic of the relay/fuse box and replaced the two radiator fan relays. Presto....no problem! Can't believe their technician believes a fan running more than an hour after the car is shut off is normal. needs to go back to school. A shame I solved a problem by looking on the web that they should know about. I've had great service at this dealer for years, but this diagnosis was terribly wrong! More

The serv8ce department was very helpful The airbag light on my dash was coming on even when someone was in the passenger seat. They gave me a rental until it could be fixed.
