way to long I had to take my car in three times to get my new car fixed. they fixed on the third trip. I had to spend over 6 hours in the car and two tanks of gas I had to take my car in three times to get my new car fixed. they fixed on the third trip. I had to spend over 6 hours in the car and two tanks of gas. On third trip my car got fixed after I had to sit there for 2 1/2 hours for a very simple fix. The seats that we sit in are not made to sit in very long. I have a very bad back and I am a disabled Vet and the seats suck. Put chairs in because we are maid to sit so long. You also need to stop over booking. I had to be there at 12 pm and my sat there for the first hour each time I came. This is the second time in the last 4 years that I have bought a car. But after all of this I do not think that I will be back for another car. More

Warranty disaster Thanks to Jason Melton for informing me what Kia Anderson did not at purchase. The extended warranty is NOT something to give you full coverage to 10 Thanks to Jason Melton for informing me what Kia Anderson did not at purchase. The extended warranty is NOT something to give you full coverage to 100,000 miles on CERTIFIED used cars. The experience with this vehicle which includes transmission failure shortly after purchase to the inability last year to fix a front end noise issue while under warranty to now that it no longer is covered does not bode well for future Kia purchases. I recieved a call upon arriving home that my front driver lugs may not have been torqued. Upon checking them, they indeed had not. Thanks to Jason's honesty. More
