I had an appointment at 1pm. I arrived at scheduled time. Was told at time of checkin that it may me a hour and half or so. I was never informed of the status of my oil change and tire rotation. Tough to analyze I think they got it Had thumping coming from under the car. They rode along on a test drive, took a few hours to make sure they it was what they thought it was, replaced Had thumping coming from under the car.
