They told me my car was going to be ready by the next day and it was not. I called up there the morning my car was supposed to be ready and i asked April about what time my car would be ready and she would n and it was not. I called up there the morning my car was supposed to be ready and i asked April about what time my car would be ready and she would not give me time, she just kept saying that we close at 7 and the car would be ready before than, and they would give me a call. I waited, around 6 no one still hasn’t called me. So I decided that i was just going to up there. When i got there my car was not ready. My only transportation to get work and to get my kids school. I was extremely upset. I also got a oil change and wipers no discount or anything. It’s usually is not that bad. I guess just one bad experience. I was not at all pleased. More

Unexpected high quality service My 19 y/o son saved for 1.5 yrs to buy a car and it was a 2011 Kia Optima. We bought it the beginning of December 2019 and the engine threw a rod jus My 19 y/o son saved for 1.5 yrs to buy a car and it was a 2011 Kia Optima. We bought it the beginning of December 2019 and the engine threw a rod just two months later. We were so upset that the engine was dead. Well we had it towed to Kia to ask what can be done. Well turns out there was a recall for this car that the previous owner took in to be fixed in Sept 2019 and apparently the fix did not work. Without question Kia stated they would replace the engine with a new one. I was shocked that they covered this for a 9 y/o car. Jimmy at the service center was amazing. Jimmy was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, called me to update me, and took care of all my needs. I had a negative attitude towards dealerships, but Jimmy and Kia has gone above and beyond to show me they truly care. I recommend them to anyone. More
