Complimentary car wash and vacuum was non-existent. Service was nice and lounge was comfortable. Wish there was a way to change the channel since it was just me and my daughter for a while. I love KIA if Greenville! I am always able to schedule a service appointments when needed and the employees are always friendly and professional. Chris Hall takes the time to explain to me issues with my v service appointments when needed and the employees are always friendly and professional. I cam to this Kia for an oil consumption test and sat there for 2 hours for someone to look at my dipstick and check the oil level. And when calling to ask simple questions about the test, the service representative came off extremely rude and was not at all about custom satisfaction. More
