David was awesome. Even though the car was delayed a month, he kept me up to date on status changes. His service was excellent. He was very straight up with me in the transaction. David was exceptional to work with. Net all my expections. I do have a problem that I desperately need to have solved. I am on a fixed income & at the time of purchase I bought an extended warran expections. I do have a problem that I desperately need to have solved. I am on a fixed income & at the time of purchase I bought an extended warranty for +/- $38.00. After crunching numbers I simply can not afford this. I need to cancel & return to my original quoted pyt of $250.00. I was not pressured to buy this, and I turned it down a couple of times, but after more talking, I let my mouth override my common sense and it is for affordable for me. Please let me with this. The gentleman I spoke with was Maurice, but he is not in today. Agajn, it is not his fault. I was simply overcome with the features. But I made a mistake. More
