Going beyond the call of duty! My father and I had a wonderful experience with Alex from Kia of Greenville. Alex took the time to get to know our needs, our family and was sensitiv My father and I had a wonderful experience with Alex from Kia of Greenville. Alex took the time to get to know our needs, our family and was sensitive to our personal situation. My mother, whom we bought the car for; has no technical knowledge and Alex took the time to go over every feature that was useful to her, how to use her phone and how the car called 911 in case of an emergency. To top it all off, Alex came to my house to make sure the paperwork was completed correctly and although I was late, entertained my parents and made sure everything was in order so my delighted mother could have the car she so desperately desired. Thank you to Kia of Greenville and Alex for making, until this time, a terrible experience, wonderful. We will get our next car at Kia of Greenville for sure, and recommend that next time you are in the market for a car, consider Kia, and if you consider Kia, make sure to see Alex at Kia of Greenville!
