Great Service & Fixed An Issue With Another Dealership! A little backstory... Back in September I took my Kia Optima to another dealership in order to fix a small issue with the driver's door handle. The A little backstory... Back in September I took my Kia Optima to another dealership in order to fix a small issue with the driver's door handle. The part took weeks to come in and then it needed to be painted. Went in to pick up my car and the paint didn't match! Had them repaint it again the next week and they still couldn't get it right. Then comes in Kia of Greenville... I called Chris Bateman and the service manager Daniel Patterson and they were willing to take a look at the issue that was created by the other dealership. That in and of itself sums up the great customer service that you receive at Kia of Greenville. They came up with a solution to replace the door handle with a used Optima they had on the lot. They simply DID NOT have to do this. They could have easily said "I'm sorry, you'll have to take this back to the other Kia dealership", but they were willing and able to promptly fix my issue. I would highly recommend this dealership for service. More

We worked together to get the letter written to the Florida folks who need my vin number verified and needed a record of an odometer reading. Daniel was professional, efficient, and kind.
