Fix to driver's door handle The cover to the emergency key entry had fallen off. They ordered new part and called me when part arrived to arrange appointment. Oil change The man I dealt with was honest about the time it would take. He was clear but not pushy. I waited 1 1/2 hrs for my car and enjoyed a nice cup of tea. Engine Service Due to Recalls I decided to take my Kia Optima to the service department after receiving multiple recall notices in the mail. I was told that they'd have to order a I decided to take my Kia Optima to the service department after receiving multiple recall notices in the mail. I was told that they'd have to order a part for one of the recalls, so I scheduled an appointment 7 days ahead. In my mind, it was plenty of time for them to order the part and have it ready for my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I wasn't notified that the part hadn't been ordered/hadn't arrived. They didn't tell me until after the other services had been performed, when I came to pick up my car. I don't have time to take my car to the service department multiple times and I was told that I'd be able to get all of the recalls addressed within one trip. Now I have to schedule another appointment for the remaining recall which is inconvenient and also has me wondering if they'll even have the part on the day of service, forcing me to make another appointment. Makes me wonder if I should just try another place instead. But with all of that aside, regardless of the fact that I wasn't notified about the part (a phone call the day before would've been nice)... Katie, Jared and Jimmy gave excellent customer service, which is why I'm leaving the 5 star rating for customer service. There was one other thing that was a little irritating... they gave me a print-out of what my answers should be for the Kia survey... a little insulting lol I guess they feel they need to coach their customers on how they'd like you to answer the survey in order to keep a good rating. More
