Great deal but not the best experience We went in and were greeted by Will Vernon who is new so another salesman was assisting him also named Will. At some point they brought in a corporat We went in and were greeted by Will Vernon who is new so another salesman was assisting him also named Will. At some point they brought in a corporate manager named Grady. While Grady offered us a great deal on a 2018 Soul (new) we also were looking at a 2019. We felt pressured by Grady to make a decision and decided on the 2019. They didn't have the color in stock so we had to wait a few days. That gave us time to think and we decided to go with the 2018. When we went in to do the financing we felt VERY pressured by Richie (I think was his name) to add several different maintenance packages but we did not at the end of the day. We really didn't like that at all. So fast forward about 10 days and get a call from Will V. asking us to come in and resign some paperwork as there was a problem with the date. We asked if it could be emailed, no. Will asked if he could bring it out. We agreed to that and set a date of Monday. Monday after lunch, no call had been received as to when he'd be coming so we set out for a couple of errands. Of course he called while we were out but stated that he would not be allowed to bring out the paperwork as a finance guy had to do it. We said we'd come out in about an hour. We get there and were asked to sit and that the finance guy would be with us in 5 minutes. 20 minutes go by and Will comes with a bunch of paperwork for us to sign that was exactly what we had signed before. We were also required to complete a new credit application. We asked why and again Will said it had something to do with a date. At this point we are pretty annoyed. We told Will we'd be in within an hour. They should have had the paperwork ready and waiting for us to sign. Roughly 45 minutes after our arrival we finally got in to see the finance guy (different guy don't remember his name) We expressed our displeasure with the whole experience. He explained that the deal we were offered on January 5th wasn't actually available until January 18th. This explained the whole reason for the new paperwork requirement. If Will would have known the reason and explained it, the whole thing would have been more palatable. Having said all that, I love my new car. My husband and I both drive Kia and will continue to do so despite this experience. More

Service I was sent away with issues still pending with my car. I came in for a recall. My car had no lights showing on the panel.
