Long and tricky. My appointment was at 2:00 I didn't leave until 5:40,Israel was very nice but he was pushed around by Chis, he wasn't the nicest kid on the block. Good Service Nice People I had a 3:30 appt. Jason came right out at 3:20 when I arrived Told me it would be about an hour and half. I was having issues with the back passen I had a 3:30 appt. Recall Chris in the Service Dept. is always awesome to deal with. He is very personable and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle. He also learns, from my experience, who is customers are. I only take my car in for necessary recalls and maintenance that requires specialized tooling. Other than that, I do all of my own maintenance. Chris always offers to sell required/preventative services to me, as it is a part of his job...but he is never pushy or hassles me to get them done, as he knows I enjoy doing my own maintenance. I greatly appreciate his understanding and not being pushy. He is also very informative about upcoming maintenance intervals and what is required, which further helps me. Chris is a valuable employee, who knows his customers, listens to concerns, and respects their wishes. I have always had great experiences with Chris and will continue to only work with him in the future. More

Satisfied, I Think? My wife and I, after a few rounds, were able to buy the car we wanted at a fair price. My sales person was very nice as well as was everyone else we d My wife and I, after a few rounds, were able to buy the car we wanted at a fair price. My sales person was very nice as well as was everyone else we dealt with. We had looked at the same car at another KIA Dealership and could not get the payments we wanted so decided to try KIA of Greenville. However, the one thing I am confused about though is the price on the car in Greenville had a "Dealer Options" sticker attached to the side of the sticker price in the amount of $3990.00, so this appeared to be a more expensive car. We could not see any difference in this car and the car from the other dealership we looked at. When we asked what these options were, we were told; protected coating on the seats, pinstripes, spare tire kit(believe it or not we were told by both dealers that a spare tire no longer comes with a new car) and a few other options. The car had no pinstripe. When I asked about this, I was told by the salesman " I am sure we can get that added if you want it". Also, I had to ask for the spare tire kit as it was not in the car. It seems to me that if an options sticker is attached to a new car that everything on the sticker should be on the car. So, I don't really know if I got anything more on this car than was on the car from the other dealership, especially when we got home and found the "Options Sticker" had been removed. It seems as if they were trying to maybe hide the fact that maybe these options were not actually on the car, especially since I had to ask for the spare tire kit..I called the salesman the next day and told him I wanted this sticker and he asked "why do you want that"? I told him, whenever I buy a car I always keep the stickers from the window showing all the options included. I would think everyone would want this. Over all my experience was good because I was able to by the new car we wanted but I think tactics such as the options sticker should be addressed. More
