However, when the car came back from the service bay, there were a few greasy handprints on the back passenger window, the door frame between the front and back doors on the passenger, and between the front and back doors on the driver side. Why? I keep my cars clean, the last thing I want to do is have to remove greasy handprints from my car. To give him credit, Jason offered to clean them off, but he shouldn't have to clean up after someone else either. More

Kind, polite and supportive 2009 Optima engine began to make noise... Kia of Greenville handled the situation with expertise. The engine was still under warranty...by 9 months. 2009 Optima engine began to make noise... Kia of Greenville handled the situation with expertise. The engine was still under warranty...by 9 months. Needed to be replaced. They could not get the new engine, so they rebuilt with mostly new parts. Yes, it took 3 1/2 months...much of that due to trying to get the engine. Kia provided me with a rental. The service staff, techs, etc., were all upbeat and professional. Jason rocks!!! More

Oil Drip My SUV was wrecked after it was stolen and the body shop took it to a different garage to change the oil and they didn’t put the washer that was requi My SUV was wrecked after it was stolen and the body shop took it to a different garage to change the oil and they didn’t put the washer that was required on the lug-nut they also over filled it with oil. I took it to KIA of GREENVILLE, who always services my SUV, they ran a diagnostic on it and repaired the leak and changed my oil. When I asked about the price they stated I didn’t owe them anything since I am a loyal customer. THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More

Couldn't have been easier I had to get my Optima hybrid towed in due to the hybrid fuse blowing out. The service department was more than I expected.
