Josh went the extra mile and not only answered the questions I had regarding my service package, but also printed some documents so that I could have for future reference. He provided great customer service, and address all concerns which resulted in a one stop resolution. I don’t usually take surveys but his service deserves great praise and recognition! In addition John was extremely friendly upon my arrival. Thanks Josh and John for making my experience so great! More

Prompt service Brought my car in for an oil change. I was promised an hour turn around. The car was ready in promised time, battery was checked as were tires. They found one of my tires has a staple in it which cannot be repaired, but it is not leaking, so now i know to keep an eye on it and get it replaced soon. Getting an appointment wasn't as easy. I called the 855-253-7884 number and scheduled an appointment over a week in advance, and to my surprise when I showed up for my appointment, I was not scheduled resulting in another trip for service.
