Only giving a star because 0 stars is not an option. My EV-6 died on Tuesday (2nd time after having safety recall for 12v battery issues). The navigation system in my 2023 Sportage with 13700 miles was malfunctioning. After almost 60 minutes the service tech told me if they updated the system it could take 6 hours but I could update in onl miles was malfunctioning. The service dept. sent me home with a copy of Kia's "Technical Service Bulletin#208" and told me to follow the instructions. I called and asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was busy but would call me back....that was two and a half days ago! I would expect that a vehicle still under the manufacturers warranty would be serviced by their dealer network but guess Fred Anderson Kia service dept. has a different understanding of what constituents customer service. More

My experience wasn’t horrible, the dealership happened to have the vehicle I was shopping for. Contacted the day before the verify it was still available. The price listed online was accurate with the price onsite. The day of purchase, I called 2-3 hours ahead just to give a heads up that I was en route. Upon starting the car, a maintenance light appeared, and the sales rep stated that it wasn’t on there before my arrival and that they couldn’t fix it. Three of the tires are bald and only one key fob, but the rep guaranteed that they were going to get a second one made. The car was fairly clean but a detail prior to my arrival would’ve been nice. Overall my experience wasn’t horrible and could’ve been a lot worse, it’s just unsettling that I have to put more money into the car. More
I had been searching for a new Kia Telluride. Through e-mail, I received a very good deal on a lease from Fred Anderson Kia in Greenville. We exchanged many e-mails about it and lease options and finally reached a deal. I paid $1,000 down for them to hold it and drove to Greenville to complete the purchase the next day. Greenville is about 3.5 hours from me so it meant missing a day of work. I followed all their instructions, pre-filled the financial application, was excited to get my new Kia. I got there and we completed the paperwork, I paid the money and as we were about to leave in my new car, I was stopped by the finance manager who said that Kia would not honor the deal. I explained that was not my problem since I had just signed everything. After having to involve the general manager, we finally arrived at an agreement but it increased my monthly payment by almost 50% and I do not know that I would have gone all that way if they had been honest and truthful from the start. VERY deceptive but I do love my new Kia. Then to cap it off, they keep getting my name wrong on paperwork, using an incorrect address and failing to send the things they were supposed to send. I could not be happier with my Kia Telluride but I could not be more disgusted with the way the dealership behaved and engaged in very poor practices. I know I will never deal with them again nor be fooled by their claims of a good deal that they refuse to honor. They delivered the vehicle and I had to figure out how to operate all the electronics and such by myself and a few things still do not work but when I contacted them with a question, they were completely unconcerned. David the salesman was extremely helpful, this is our second vehicle we bought from Kia. If you want a salesman who will work with you ask for David Bogg.
