Once I got into the dealership there were NO surprises like what I experienced dealing with other places. Everyone was really nice and helpful, the dealership was very clean and comfortable. Chad got all the paperwork finished, gave me a tour of the building and scheduled my first free oil change. My experience buying a car from Fred Andersopn Kia could not have been better. I initially read the online review for the dealership and noticed that Andrea Rushing's name cam up often! Many other customers had written online reviews indicating that they had a great experience working with her at the dealership when purchasing a car. I called and asked specifically for her, told her my requirements and wish list and that I would come in that evening when I got off work to see if we could make a deal. Long story short, my loan approval was in place when I got there-she was very patient with me as I test drove some cars. She even backed one out of the showroom for me and that is the one I purchased! Her attention to detail and positive attitude helped make an experience that most people do not look forward to fun! The rest of the staff I interacted with was pleasant as well! Great Job! More

This was my first time buying a car and I fear I've been spoiled.
