When I was first looking for my latest vehicle, Kia of Raleigh had not made my original list, as I was looking for a used 2012 Ford Escape, so I figured Capital Ford was my best bet. Wrong. Unprofession Raleigh had not made my original list, as I was looking for a used 2012 Ford Escape, so I figured Capital Ford was my best bet. Wrong. Unprofessional-sales associate who talked on the phone while helping, walked off to help other customers in what I found to be a shotgun approach to landing a sale, kept me hanging (would not give back my drivers license) when I kept repeating that I needed to leave and come back in two days because I was going to be late for work, tried to trick me into signing a sales agreement when he behaved as though it was only tenative numbers (luckily I am not that foolish), and he was also 20 minutes late for the follow-up appointment I scheduled to buy the vehicle I wanted on their lot. (Side note:That vehicle showed up dirty, covered in cat hair from dash to carpet when he brought it around to test drive.) With such a terrible experience, I was becoming discouraged. The vehicle I wanted to trade in was a 2011 BMW 328i, and Leith BMW had been so wonderful, I was starting to think I would never again find that kind of car buying experience outside of Leith BMW. Then I contacted Kia. The Kia associate was prompt in responding to my online inquiry, friendly, and courteous (Megan Barry). When I went to the dealership, I was impressed that all associates who were not already with a customer were outside at the front enterance waiting to help the next person. The associate (Derek) who worked with me was straight forward, attentive, honest, and never once pushy. I bought the car two days later (after thinking it over). I was given awesome financing, and a wonderful extended warranty on the vehicle. I would recommend to others, absolutely. More
On 09/04 I went to this dealer looking for a used car possibly Honda Accord. The sales guy approached me and asked me what my budget is and I told him 10-12. He walked me through the lot and there were few cars that are priced little above 12,000 around 14,000 or so. He promised to call me(he took my number) when he gets cars in the range I told him and he went in to office and I guess he spoke to his manager or managers. I have seen him talking to a bunch of them through a window while I was waiting on the lobby. Since I was outside I could not hear what they talked about. The guy came out and said he has a car that is in my price range and took to the back of the building and showed me filthy,dirty and disgusting car.(I am not exaggerating here), I could smell dog and see dog hair all over the seats. I asked him what is this, and he said they can clean it real good and he will call me back once it is detailed. This is the most disrespectful customer service I have seen in a long time. They do not have respect for their guests and customers. Why did not want to negotiate on the others car ? I do not know . I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone. -Dawit Yilma More

Megan Berry was awesome to deal with and got us a good deal on our new Kia Soul. Only downside was the length of time for all of the paperwork,especially when paying cash. 2 years ago I bought a car from Fred Anderson Kia because of a situation I was in. I had a 2002 Civic and it was in bad shape and I still owed a lot of money on it. I bought a 2005 Ford Escape fast forward 2 of a situation I was in. I had a 2002 Civic and it was in bad shape and I still owed a lot of money on it. I bought a 2005 Ford Escape fast forward 2 years later to now I found myself in the same situation. This time Chad Susan was my sales specialist. He saw to it that I got just what I needed. Even when I wanted to give up due to financing issues he encouraged me to push forward with the purchase (which I really needed) He advocated for me with Chris and got me the best deal possible. Not to mention he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the car. I left February 15, 2013 in a lightly used 2012 Kia Forte and I have never been happier. It is now August and the car is still as awesome as the day I got it. Chad still calls me from time to time to see how I am doing something I have never experienced buying a car. I appreciate him for his help. I LOVE MY CAR!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good treatment and a fair price. Chad took care of me and he will take care of you. I had a vehicle malfunction which caused me to peruse a new means of transportation. I started with the dealership I had always used for service on my Nissan and after three days of feeling like they just new means of transportation. I started with the dealership I had always used for service on my Nissan and after three days of feeling like they just weren’t listening to me in my very desperate situation, I chose to take the chance and drive my wounded vehicle home. A co worker who had always raved about Fred Anderson gave me guidance before I had a melt down and insisted I at least visit the Kia folks. Andrea met me at the door and I warned her this was going to be ugly but she welcomed the challenge with a warm smile and a caring attitude. She invited me to her desk and listened to every word I said, jotted a few notes and never had an opinionated expression on her face. It made me feel so comforted that she had also experienced the melt down feeling when you can’t even decide what to have for lunch let alone make a major decision on a vehicle while in a very vulnerable place. I visited Andrea on Thursday and Friday evening, much to my surprise, I drove off the lot in a brand new Kia Soul. I thank you Fred Anderson and I thank God for crossing my path with such a beautiful person as Andrea Rushing. Just for the record, day two of driving the Soul, LOVE IT! More
