2 years ago I bought a car from Fred Anderson Kia because of a situation I was in. I had a 2002 Civic and it was in bad shape and I still owed a lot of money on it. I bought a 2005 Ford Escape fast forward 2 of a situation I was in. I had a 2002 Civic and it was in bad shape and I still owed a lot of money on it. I bought a 2005 Ford Escape fast forward 2 years later to now I found myself in the same situation. This time Chad Susan was my sales specialist. He saw to it that I got just what I needed. Even when I wanted to give up due to financing issues he encouraged me to push forward with the purchase (which I really needed) He advocated for me with Chris and got me the best deal possible. Not to mention he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the car. I left February 15, 2013 in a lightly used 2012 Kia Forte and I have never been happier. It is now August and the car is still as awesome as the day I got it. Chad still calls me from time to time to see how I am doing something I have never experienced buying a car. I appreciate him for his help. I LOVE MY CAR!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good treatment and a fair price. Chad took care of me and he will take care of you. I had a vehicle malfunction which caused me to peruse a new means of transportation. I started with the dealership I had always used for service on my Nissan and after three days of feeling like they just new means of transportation. I started with the dealership I had always used for service on my Nissan and after three days of feeling like they just weren’t listening to me in my very desperate situation, I chose to take the chance and drive my wounded vehicle home. A co worker who had always raved about Fred Anderson gave me guidance before I had a melt down and insisted I at least visit the Kia folks. Andrea met me at the door and I warned her this was going to be ugly but she welcomed the challenge with a warm smile and a caring attitude. She invited me to her desk and listened to every word I said, jotted a few notes and never had an opinionated expression on her face. It made me feel so comforted that she had also experienced the melt down feeling when you can’t even decide what to have for lunch let alone make a major decision on a vehicle while in a very vulnerable place. I visited Andrea on Thursday and Friday evening, much to my surprise, I drove off the lot in a brand new Kia Soul. I thank you Fred Anderson and I thank God for crossing my path with such a beautiful person as Andrea Rushing. Just for the record, day two of driving the Soul, LOVE IT! More

I visited Fred Anderson Kia on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, and any anxiety I may have had shortly dissipated when I talked with Chris the sales manager and Lee McCoy. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the past thirty years, including several Lexus models, Ford, Chrysler, and Hyundai, but I can say candidly that my experience at Fred Anderson Kia was by far the less stressful. Lee McCoy, especially, made the experience stress and anxiety free. The Optima that I wanted was there within twenty-four hours. My experience from initial contact to delivery was absolutely excellent. More
December 2012, we began our search for a previously owned vehicle within our budget. We did not consider any vehicle unless it came from a reputable dealership, as they do not sell used autos without puttin vehicle within our budget. On 31 December 2012, we purchased a used Nissan Altima from Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh, North Carolina. When we decided to purchase the car, our sales person stated they would install new tires, but later stated after a ‘thorough’ inspection, that the tires were good and they did not need replacing, and the car passed a complete inspection with no issue.. we later discovered, this was NOT true! On 4 February 2013, we had a Nissan dealer complete a full inspection of the car, and found the following problems: All Tires need replacing - All Outer Tire Rod Ends/boots need replacing - Rear Brakes need replacing - Rear Rotors need replacing - Broken Motor Mount - Air Condition Compressor need replacing. Prior to purchasing the car, the driver side window had an issue of not going up properly, the serviceman checked it out and it appeared to be working, but later the same problem returned. The Nissan dealership also stated 'they would have NEVER sold a car in that condition'. With the exception of the Air Condition Compressor, all other issues were SAFETY problems. For Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh to allow anyone to go on the road with these horrible safety conditions is unacceptable. On 1 April 2013, I spoke with Ms. Rushing (our original sales person), and expressed our concerns. She stated that she will check into my concerns, and call me back. To date, we have received no response from Ms. Rushing or anyone from Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh. More

I was assisted by Joey O., who was really professional and went way beyond expectations in kindness and helpfulness. I really loved the car that he showed me. We went for a test drive and I didn't scare him. He was very helpful in getting my rental car returned so I could leave in the Kia. The purchasing process was really good. It was simple and very helpful. Joey O. went out of his way to help me. I use 2 canes when I walk, and when we took the rental car to Enterprise, I had left my canes in the Soul. Joey brought them to me when I was getting out of the rental. That was above and beyond kind. I really appreciated that. It made a huge difference to me. The service was excellent, and I really love my orange car. More
