Air Bag light Took my Kia in for service to get an Air Bag light checked. Didn't fix the problem just told me not to move the seat and when that light is on your air bag is disabled. I will never go back there. More
Forget to give customer important information concerning car Purchased a used 2015 Kia Optima LX in Feb for $18000. for my grandson's graduation present from ECU, they did not mention to me, the buyer, that they Purchased a used 2015 Kia Optima LX in Feb for $18000. for my grandson's graduation present from ECU, they did not mention to me, the buyer, that they had only one key fob for the car something I found out a week later from my grandson. When I called dealership to talk to the salesman he was very short and abrupt with his answer that they only provided one fob and any additional fobs would be our responsibility to purchase which I did at a cost of $329.. Then 7/17 my grandson called me to report his right front tire had a screw in it and had gone flat while driving on 1-40 from Greensboro home and when he went to the trunk to get the spare to change it so he could travel home he found no spare just a empty area where one should go. He called local AAA and they used a flat fixer to re-inflate the tire. When I called dealership they again were abrupt in response, telling me that the Kia corporation no longer adds a spare to cut done on cars weight for gas millage. I asked why that was not told to me on purchase and Sales Manager said sometimes it gets missed, So sorry. I feel that the dealership has a lack of concern for the customer and could care less if they feel cheated or are left in a dangerous situation due to lack of communication on the dealerships part of vital information. I would have purchased a spare for my grandson's car and he would not have been placed in such a dangerous situation on the side of I-40. I have now purchased a spare tire for $200. to keep in the car in the event that it is ever needed again. It is not the cost of the 2 (so far) items they did not provide with the purchase that upset me the most it is the attitude that they do not have to share this type of info with a buying customer. This is the last Kia I will ever purchase and I will never do business with any of the Fred Anderson Dealership's in the future. So for reference the saying "Buyer Beware" happens to be true at Fred Anderson Kia. More
no pressure experience I was impressed with the no pressure sales experience. our salesperson (Tony Agressia) was really good. he is a down to earth type person with no xx.. Worst service center I took my being here to get my air-conditioner worked on. It was here for two days they told me $900 to fix it. I paid $900 Joe my kids away in a hot van because air-conditioner still in work I try to bring it back but they told me that will be two days To look at again. I explain to them that I rented a car for them to work on it I was a single mom I don't have any help to take me back-and-forth to the Carline to work with my two kids but they didn't care. When he finally looked at it to days later they told me that I had to pay 300 more dollars for them to fix it because they've mis diagnosed it. . It stay there for three more days $1200 later and the air-conditioner still doesn't work .they don't want to take any responsibility for it or help me with getting a working air conditioner when I'm allergic to pollen and so my children so running with the windows down isnt an option. The customer service sucks the service gentleman are very rude and sneaky. please don't ever take your vehicle here More

They fnally got ahold of us and they charged us for a faulty wire in something we had them install! When we got home we noticed our fog light didnt work after their "work".. they said we couldnt prove it was because of their work and charged us again! 2 cars from them and a 3rd from their toyota dealership NEVER AGAIN! I have never had such bad customer service in my entire life! BAD BUSINESS! More

I was there on a service visit when I walked into the showroom and spoke to my original salesman, who has since moved on. I Daniel him I had a very valuable lease car I was thinking about trading in for an new Cadenza. After two and half years the 2015 Optima only had 15,000 miles on it. The original lease was for 3 years and 36,000 miles. I told Daniel that I wanted Fred Anderson to absorb the old lease since it so few miles on it. We cut a deal, then Dimitri, the GM got involved. Long story short. Count your fingers if you ever do business with these people. I leased Acura's from Leith for 10 years and never had such a sour taste in my mouth. Neither my wife nor I will ever do business with Fred Anderson ever again. More

Service dept. deserves NO Stars I would actually give the service department 0 stars if it was possible but there is no option for that. I bought a 2012 Kia Sorento from this dealers I would actually give the service department 0 stars if it was possible but there is no option for that. I bought a 2012 Kia Sorento from this dealership and had it service here only. Then, things started to go bad from there. Just on 9 August 2016 I had a repair done on my high-pressure fuel pump that was done a year prior, but this second time was a botched job. This botched job, caused fuel to leak all over my engine and almost caused my car to catch fire on the side of the road in the middle of the highway on my vacation less then 2 weeks later. Another Kia dealership came to the rescue, with customer service skills only Fred Anderson Kia could only dream of. They fixed my car and told me it was because a mechanic had left off a vital clamp and put in the wrong hardware thinking no one would notice. Also put back damaged parts onto my car thinking they could get away with it. This service job FA Kia cost me money and time in a long awaited vacation with family. During this time, I could barely get in contact with the service manager at Fred Anderson or anyone else to help with me with the situation they put me in. I was dealt with a whole lot of attitude, no answers, and dodged calls. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone, however I still love the Kia brand. Will be looking into another to Kia dealership to service and buy cars from, but not this one. I urged anyone to look into buying or servicing Kia to look elsewhere than this dealership. More

They were insincere when speaking towards me and I am highly disappointed with this lack of service. I have used them for all of my past service for both of my Kia cars and have always been OK with them as they have always tried to fix the any issue immediately and ensure that the service visit went well. That is not what happened here. I will not be buying any future cars from Fred Anderson Kia and will no longer refer anyone to them. More

I took my car in for two recalls, and I will say that Jake at the service desk was quite helpful in his efforts to make me feel better about this dealership. They are lucky to have him around... I don't know why he is still there, as he could do much better then work for this company who really doesn't care much about there customers. I later asked about their buyback program, as it was my intention to get this company out of my life... I spent quite a bit of time speaking with a manager and a salesperson, but was unable to reach a satisfactory buyback price. I understood the reason behind that, and that is not my beef today. What annoyed me the most was getting a phone call two days later from Fred Anderson Kia representative who asked me if I was interested in buying a car from them. The woman who called had no idea that I even owned a Kia , much less that was just in to address two recalls. As usual, they hear nothing you say. They only wish to sell you a car, and are usually unable to answer questions regarding their products' details, etc... I repeat... One is simply a number, not a respected consumer. If you just need a car and have a lot of extra money to waste, then you're in good shape here... Otherwise, run away. I am stuck now due to a new car warranty, so I have to continue to deal with this sorry excuse for a dealership. And one last note... The administration was sorry a while back... Sadly, after much turnover they remain the same. That is all. More
