The full story: I'm a young woman and I have purchased two cars from this dealership. The first time, in 2015, I dealt with Larry and he was okay. I didn't have an amazing experience but it was fine. Fast forward to 2018, I was hit by deer and my car was totaled, leaving me to do some unexpected car shopping. I had been looking all day already, when I saw a couple things I was interested in on FAK website so I figured I would go back and test drive. I found a used 2016 Hyundai Tuscon which was perfect for what I needed. I will definitely admit that it was dark, late, and I was exhausted, this caused me to miss that there was a crack in the lower part of the passenger windshield. One thing I did notice was that the tires were going to be in need of replacing soon. Our salesperson, Nick, assured us that could be taken care of. We go back and forth on the negotiation, eventually getting the tires thrown in, but their behavior went beyond "negotiation tactics." The manager came over and straight said, "I know your young and think you need to get something from us" and another person told me "I could smile ya know." I noticed the crack the next morning when the sun hit it, and called Nick to discuss it and check on the tires (I was told the tires would be in on Monday). I didn't say anything specific just that " i noticed the windshield." and he said we would discuss it when I came in to drop off the check. When I came in he said "they were already doing me a huge favor with the tires so there was nothing they could do." He eluded to the fact that they knew about on Saturday but since I didn't bring it up then it's too late. It took until FRIDAY to get the tires. I completely should have done a more thorough scan, but Fred Anderson had the chance to do the right thing and not be manipulative xxxx bags. I do community outreach for a nonprofit and need a safe and efficient vehicle. They valued the sale more than community safety. I filed a complaint immediately online and was told a manager would call me. still no call. **ALSO they forgot to SIGN THE BILL OF SALE causing my bank to have call them several times only to be placed on hold because they didn't understand the question. The bank employee was literally laughing at how ridiculous this dealership is. I would have expected far better customer care for a repeat customer. They have lost the sales of me, my fiance and literally every other person I get in earshot of to tell them what a horrid dealership this is. More

I wish I had read these reviews first. I didn't have my Kia Sorento THREE DAYS before the battery completely died. It was xxxx in a handbasket trying to get this battery replaced free of charge, because like I said... it was only THREE DAYS I had the car and I REFUSED to pay for it after putting down a HEFTY downpayment for the car. Well, after that was fixed my car made some knocking noises. I thought it was weird, but whatever. On Saturday, my car I've only had six months now won't switch out of first gear. I called Fred Anderson Kia to see when I could schedule a service, and the girl I talked to (can't remember her name but she was RUUUUUUUDE as xxxx) told me that they didn't have any appointments open for the following Saturday. Long story short, she ended up telling me that the appointments were full, and she wasn't able to schedule me and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager, and she scheduled me to come in and bring my Sorento. But, then proceeded to tell me IT WAS GOING TO BE $150 PER HOUR FOR DIAGNOSTICS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR! Okay, I'm not sure what line of xxxxxxxx ya'll thought was okay.. but after extensively looking over BOTH my Kia warranty and Fred Anderson warranty... YALL MADE THAT UP! There is nothing in either one that states you have to pay diagnostic fees out of pocket. Dirty Liars. Either way, I am getting my car fixed on Saturday and I will be trading it in at another dealership so that I can get out from underneath it before the warranty expires. Thanks for xxxxing me over Fred Anderson, I had already bought one car outright from you before but I won't be doing that again. And I will be telling EVVVVVVVERYONE I know to steer clear of this place. Now, on to post this review on a few other avenues as well. *The power of social media and a pissed off millenial.* More
