The young lady in parts even came to greet our 2 year old son while we were in the waiting area. There were snacks in the customer lounge and HGTV playing on the tv! Our advisor kept us updated throughout the entire time in which our Optima was getting serviced. Extremely knowledgeable on their end. We highly recommend taking your vehicle to Kia of Raleigh to get serviced! More
