Best Service Dept Hands Down I made an appointment by phone and had my service the same day! I pulled up and was greeted by the service porters and checked in with the sweetest gu I made an appointment by phone and had my service the same day! I pulled up and was greeted by the service porters and checked in with the sweetest guy Mike. Mike took care of all my needs and then some! While I waited for my oil change the waiting room was pleasant with coffee, water, and snacks. When I finished I was excited because they even washed and vacuumed my car! I lost my job right before I got my car fixed and passively mentioned it and Mike and his boss mentioned their call center was even hiring! Even when least expected Mike and his crew spoke to my needs. I even called back after I ledt and offered to buy his team lunch for the exceptional service and like a gentleman he declined. I will always be thankful for the service and kindness shown to me Fred Anderson Kia now has a customer for life. More

Great service I needed an oil change before I took a trip for work. KIA was able to get me in quickly and out the door within the specified time. The assistant sale I needed an oil change before I took a trip for work. KIA was able to get me in quickly and out the door within the specified time. The assistant sales manager was helpful and knowledgeable and gave me information on some recommended services that I needed. He even honored a coupon I forgot to use on a prior visit. Good job! More
