Same every time I come into this place First off found a used rubber glove on my seat and the steering wheel was all nasty. I bought my car here 5 years ago and I keep bringing it back here for service because it’s supposed to extend the warranty. Every single time I bring my car in for service, no matter what it is, I’m there half a day sitting in the waiting room. I make an appointment for a certain time. How can I be sitting there no matter what it is for 3 or 4 hours. They’ve also stopped washing my car for whatever reason. I’m at the point where I am ready to sell my car so I don’t have to deal with this anymore. I dread having to come in for any reason. More
