I wish I could rate this dealership a zero star! They completely did nothing but waste my time. I called and told the lady as blunt as I possibly could that I wanted the Kia with the remote start fo They completely did nothing but waste my time. I called and told the lady as blunt as I possibly could that I wanted the Kia with the remote start for X price. I told her that another dealership in our home town had offer the Kia for the X price without the remote start. I told her that we had contacted another dealership (nearby this dealership) who did approve the X price WITH the remote start. We didn't go with this dealership bc they didn't have the Kia on the lot. So that is when we reached out to Fred Anderson. Kiri immediately told me and I quote "If they can do it, when can do it". I told her okay. I set the appointment and I drove one hour and 45 mins. I walked in and they asked me to take a seat. They brought some papers over and I asked " Can we see the Kia?" I should have left right here. She said "well....we dealer traded it earlier today" I was livid. I drove all that way to be lied too. I was getting up to leave then and the manager, Pam comes out. She said that she was so sorry and that it was a miscommunication on their part.I try to be understanding as I can so I listened. She said if you can give us until Monday we can find another Kia and have it delivered to you with the remote start. My husband spoke up and said "for X price?" Pam says, "No, it would be X price plus $200." I said "absolutely not." and we started to walk away. Pam says well let us check with them GM cause only he can approve that. We agreed. So now it's Monday, I get a call and the sales rep calls. She says that the GM said they CANNOT do the remote start and deliver it for X price. I said okay so we will come back up there and pick it up. She says "No, he says we can't take the loss by adding the remote start and doing it for X price" I said excuse me? The only thing we was supposed to approve was the $200 for the delivery fee!" She then says "we can't take that kind of a loss that's like selling a maserati for that price" HAHAHA!!! Right?? Completely laughable! How do you compare a maserati to a freaking Kia?? LOL I hung up before being really rude to the poor girl who doesn't have a clue cars, clearly. If there is one thing I can say is RUN! Don't even bother wasting your time with the dealership! They will promise whatever they have to, just to get you there and then change everything when the papers are ready to be signed. This was the worst experience that we have EVER had with any dealership thus far! I highly recommend going somewhere else! We have reached a deal with the DEACON JONES here in my town and are doing the deal with them. Good luck Fred Anderson Kia. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU!! More
Really....you want a title??? The wife and I just purchased two 2019 vehicles. The staff at Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh was very professional and courteous. The only flaw or downside to the purchase was the time we spent at the dealership. The process can and should go faster. Our time went smoothly but was very time consuming. The finance side of house was smooth but again, timely. Kia needs to look into less paperwork and a more electronic way of delivering the final product. We had an appointment with Mr. Lee but he was busy with another customer and Ms. Georgiana was more than happy to assist us. The appointment was at 9am we did not finish up until almost 6pm. Long day for sure. Maybe next time Kia will purchase lunch or dinner for the customers if they are buying a new vehicle. Just saying, as 9 hours is a bit much for the purchasing of a new car, even if we did buy 2 vehicles. More

Most awesome salesman ever! .gave me really good advice...my 2004 Kia optima died and I was dead set on a new one..or a nice used one..very patient and made my purchase easy and .gave me really good advice...my 2004 Kia optima died and I was dead set on a new one..or a nice used one..very patient and made my purchase easy and very kind to my mother...the last time a made a new purchase the salesman ran over to my old car and ran in to the ground..none of that..he was very attentive it was not a trade in...btw my 2004 is still running and has a new home I'll probably have this new Kia for 20 years or more! Btw you did fix my 2004 and this is the reason I bougit a new one from here..my mom goes to toyota for service ..thank you..! More
