We reached a point where we wanted some further clarification (we were initially told that our vehicle would take 4-6 weeks to get and then, approaching the 6 week point, were told it would probably be another 2 months) and asked to speak to a manager. We were forwarded to Pam. Our request was that the trade-in value they gave us would be honored whenever our vehicle showed up. That's it. Sounded pretty reasonable to us. Not to Pam. She stated that a lot of things could happen in 2 months. That "the 4-6 week timeframe was incorrect" and that's it. We stated that was the information we were given, right or wrong, and had put down a $500 deposit. She stated, in a very dismissive tone, that "then we will refund you your $500 deposit and you can do whatever you want". Pam displayed no interest in retaining us as customers, willing to just throw us into the wind over, what seemed to us, a pretty reasonable request. At this point Jeremy came to the rescue - he got everything back on board and the transaction proceeded smoothly from there. He and Lee ended up finding 95% of what we wanted (and the 5% was additional options, so no big deal) and it came in about 2-3 weeks later. Painless. We GREATLY appreciated it. In summary, other than the hiccup with Pam, Fred Anderson Kia was great. The vehicle came in, finance went well, and we ended up very happy. Thanks to Fred Anderson Kia. More
