Thank you, if you read the post you will see I've already attempted to do this with no response. I emailed the GM on 3 February and as of today still no response. I also attempted to call the number that you provided numerous times, always being diverted to someone else or he was unavailable or out sick.

I thank you for responding to the above concern however my daughter called the number, which happens to just be the general dealership number, and was only able to leave messages, and as before, no return call. She is now going to drive to the dealership so as to attempt to resolve the issue in person. We’ll see how that goes.
