Great sales team; administration and finance understaffed Don and Lee were a great team. Administrative side of the equation was slow....I had a 5:15 PM appointment and didn't walk out of the dealership unti Don and Lee were a great team. Management answer was "we only have one finance guy; the other person went home sick". Not my issue. Poorly prepared and unfair to the lone finance person who was hustling as fast as he could. More
