We were looking for a larger family car and trying out a few different brands/models. We didn’t even plan on going to KIA that afternoon, but my mom loves her Sorento and speaks so highly of Fred Anderson K few different brands/models. We didn’t even plan on going to KIA that afternoon, but my mom loves her Sorento and speaks so highly of Fred Anderson Kia, we decided to pull in. We met Dorian, from the sales team, and he gave us some really great options, based on what we needed. It was a low pressure environment and they were so willing to work with us. We left there with our Telluride feeling we got a great deal all the way around and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Everyone there, especially Dorian, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very informative and genuinely kind people there. I can’t speak to the service department, but my mom has always had a wonderful experience there. It’s not super convenient for me, but may be worth the drive seeing as how much she trust them. Thank you Fred Anderson of Kia and Dorian!! More

Friendly, but was very disappointed in their lack of information regarding our purchase of an electric Niro. We were sold a car that was supposed to have a charging cable but the cable case was empty an information regarding our purchase of an electric Niro. We were sold a car that was supposed to have a charging cable but the cable case was empty and they would not provide one. They also acted like ordering us floor mats was some kind of favor even though the window sticker said that floor mats were included. They also marked up the advertised price just so they could say they came off the price significantly. In reality, they sold it for the advertised price. They also did not give us the $500 discount that was on their website that was a pop up asking for our contact info. Got $0. Shady business practices in my opinion. I will never do business with any Fred Anderson dealership again. More

I had a great experience with Sales Rep Jermaine White. He was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. There were a few hiccups on my end but he walked me through them to resolution.
