The customer service was out of this world. I came in an hour before closing and they took their time to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. They didn’t pressure me to get anything and once I did fini hour before closing and they took their time to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. New Sales representative but he was okay to work with. Are you kidding me . Our experience buying our Kia was great....until we went and saw the finance manager. There was so much pressure to buy the $4000 Are you kidding me . Our experience buying our Kia was great....until we went and saw the finance manager. There was so much pressure to buy the $4000.00 warranty that had I persisted in continuing our discussion that I sure it might have resulted in violence toward each other. Understand what I am saying the Finance manager went off because we turned down the $4000 warranty. I decided to be refrain from talking so much in order to de-escalate this situation. If you think I'm joking things got so heated the guy forgot to take the $5000 down payment and my wife's pay-stub. We had been looking for a vehicle so we know the approximate pricing of the warrenties and we thought that was too high. Out of the blue the representative said he felt threatened by me. I have my wife (the buyer) as a witness that something was truly off with this man. This is something that cannot be overlooked because I'm sure this is not the first time. The man (Pa I think) was way over the top and aggressive. Thanks.....I think. More
