Scammers 100%. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They sold me a Seltos with Aftermarket service plan and didn't tell me. Aftermarket service plan only allowed me to service at the An STAY AWAY!!!!!! Next, I called them, and they agreed that after I cancelled the plan they would give me a check for the difference between what I paid and the refund which was 282 dollars. I lost so much money because of this what I spent and what I was refunded after a year of ownership. Jermaine white told me the check was mailed Dec 5th and guess what, he lied because I still don't have it. He also told me they are a billion dollar company with other things to do. They don't care about the customer just the dollar. Find another dealer and buy and not this one. I have called numerous times to speak with General Manger and nobody returns my calls.. So, I will continue to write bad reviews on this dealer to help other people be aware of scams Twice reported to the BBB but that doesn't help either. The only way is to let others know. And, yea, they hide a 5K markup because they say it's due to not having cars on the lot. Another scam. More
