We called and made an appointment for a Check Engine light being on. We have a 2022 Kia Seltos that we bought from Hendrick Barbour in Greenville NC. Vehicle only has like 45000 miles on it and is still light being on. We have a 2022 Kia Seltos that we bought from Hendrick Barbour in Greenville NC. Vehicle only has like 45000 miles on it and is still covered by factory warranty. We took it in June 27 and were told: This dealership could not work on Hendrick warrantied vehicle. I don’t know why but very annoying and irritating. I give one star for this inconvenience but 5 stars for the service department help. I would like to see this inconvenience corrected in the future.
