I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2020 Toyota Tacoma from Fred Anderson KIA. The salesman CJ was amazing explaining all the new technology on the truck and made it easier to operate once I drove Tacoma from Fred Anderson KIA. The salesman CJ was amazing explaining all the new technology on the truck and made it easier to operate once I drove it. He was my quick reference/guide and that made a difference in purchasing the truck as a female. I’ve never had a truck before, but I do now and thanks to CJ and Kate in finance. CJ delivered my truck from NC to SC to my home, sweet. I saw the truck online and called and was greeted by everyone I spoke with and they were all professional and made my discussion a bit easier to purchase. CJ did a FT video walk around of the truck, inside and out and it was clean and no damages. Loved it! Thanks Fred Anderson KAI and Staff for being transparent. I’m a HaPpY CuStOmEr!!! Whanna B. More

Max was an awesome sales person. Very patient and answering any questions we had! If you go to Fred Anderson Kia ask for Max! (10/10 given on 8/9/2021) I have edited my review on 8/27/2021, becaus answering any questions we had! If you go to Fred Anderson Kia ask for Max! (10/10 given on 8/9/2021) I have edited my review on 8/27/2021, because we were promised our vehicle on 8/16/2021, but had a phone call to say it would be ready on 8/17/2021. No big deal. However, got a couple calls after this stating the car wasn't on the delivery truck, then another call saying it would be here this week, but nothing. We aren't sure why we are told one thing, but the opposite seems to be true. Not sure what is going on or why, but do not buy a car here unless it is already on the lot and ready to take home. Hopefully, we get our car soon! More
