Drove literally 8 hours just to work with Oscar and Mike. I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transparent and extremely fairly priced. Only dealer on the east coast not trying to charge me an outrageous market adjustment. Never once did I feel presured or like I was in a typical dealership. I got a great rate, great price, great deal on my trade in and even a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Marcus. The whole process was actually enjoyable! I'm crazy and my wife and I get new vehicles every 2 years, they have earned my business for the future and I could not recommend them enough. The professionalism they show is something all dealers should learn from. More

Dealing with Ericson was fine. He was nice and accommodating. Also had a positive experience with Marcus and Seth. I have to say we were a little frustrated working with Oscar. I understand that different people have a different understanding of how the car buying process is, but it appeared that he assumed we were novice buyers. The tone of the conversation seemingly changed when he found out my credit score and the amount of money we were putting down. A very off putting experience. But other than that and learning that the dealer was marking up on cars just because they can, we had a positive experience. More
