I own two Sorentos, and have been a loyal Kia customer and a brand advocate for years, and this dealership stained my perception of the brand, what I would say, indefinitely. It’ll take years to gain trust in the Kia brand and this dealership specifically. Manager TJ did make everything right but after an incredibly stressful two hours fighting for myself to get out of there with a no-cost repair. First assistant services manager with a “900+” satisfaction score was incredibly rude and combative. More
