Had wheel alignment done with other work. Only 1 wheel required some adjustment but I was charged fir all 4 wheels to be aligned. Nice way to rip off the consumer. Oil change Went to get my oil changed today (Dec 16th) and did not make an appointment. Shame on me. I got there at 11 am and was told by the gentleman that met me it would be after lunch before they could get to me and took me to the lady that does their scheduling. She said the earliest appointment she had was Dec 27th. REALLY.!! 11 days. I am a firm believer have your car serviced where you purchase it but no more. If they are that busy they won't even miss our business but I felt this was very poor customer service. When I purchased the vehicle in February the service was grest. More
