Great Service oriented dealership! They have serviced my 2020 Honda CRV since I purchased it there. The car currently has 57,000 + miles on it and the only unexpected repair required They have serviced my 2020 Honda CRV since I purchased it there. The car currently has 57,000 + miles on it and the only unexpected repair required has been the replacement of one headlight bulb. I elected to replace both headlight bulbs at the time of repair, to balance their life expectancy. More
We took our car in at 10:15am. We were.told that we'd atleast hear something by 1:30. We didn't and we tried to call at 3pm. No one picked up. So we went back and we were told it w We were.told that we'd atleast hear something by 1:30. We didn't and we tried to call at 3pm. No one picked up. So we went back and we were told it would be no more than an hour. But we still didn't hear from them. We went back at 5pm, closing, just to find out they were wrong with their initial diagnosis and they'd need to keep the car. We understand things come up but they had the car for 7 hours and we never got a call nor did we feel like they knew what they were doing. I do not recommend their service department. More

Came in for recall work on my Pilot. They got me in quickly and had a car for me and my daughter to explore Greenville while we waited. Oil change appointment scheduled for 11:45 and dealership said it would take 2 hours max. We came back to pick up the car and they hadn’t even started on it and it was 2:00. An hour later they were finally finished with the car. I understand things happen and cause delays, however communicating this would have been nice. I could understand if we didn’t have an appointment, but that wasn’t the case. The service advisor was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. When I got in the vehicle to leave it smelled like cigarettes. I don’t believe anyone smoked in it, but they either had my windows down and smoked nearby or smoked then got in the car. More
