I have had wonderful experiences at the service center. This review is specifically for the collision center. I was quoted at 30 day repair time for my vehicle, however, total repair time stretched to 59 d This review is specifically for the collision center. I was quoted at 30 day repair time for my vehicle, however, total repair time stretched to 59 days. I did not receive any updates on the status of my repairs during the first 25 days. I often had to reach out to the center to get updates rather than having them contact me. Additionally, I would ask for a specific day to expect a return call but rarely received that return call. At that point, I would have to be the one to reach back out. I was told for 3 consecutive weeks that my car was "waiting to go to paint." While everyone I spoke with was kind on the phone, it felt like communication was lacking, which was very frustrating especially as the repair time kept getting extended. I think the team was aware of my frustration so they did provide a credit on my total payment, which was appreciated. More
