I would prefer he would be in "input" mode rather than "output" when discussing a complaint. I am very disappointed that the skipping on my audio cannot be fixed after 3 visits in 3 years and that Honda engineering has it "under investigation". I m nt confident that anything will be done for the rest of my ownership of the vehicle. I am also disappointed that Honda America has made a business decision to not go as far as replace the radio nor recheck any repair work done earlier. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a defective radio which lessens my driving experience and will affect resale of the vehicle. I expect more from Honda and a new Honda Passport. More
