The technician work appears to be fine. The communication from the service advisor was non-existent. Some I declined as they’d been done recently, others were added (wipers, PCV valve). No mention of impact to timeline, no call or response from a person. Hadn’t heard anything so I went there at 5pm and the advisor said it wander ready and too come back in the AM. I n the see it that night for work the next day and they finally finished it at 620.
