My daughter was trading her 1998 Civic for a 2010 Civic. Unlike the other dealership we visited the day before; Rick made us feel appreciated and valued. He understood that this was a special day for my daughter. She was trading in her high school and college car which I purchased, for a car that she will pay for herself. Rick was patience and informative. He listened and even anticipated our wants and needs. Jack and Rick answered all our many questions without hesitation. Because of this, my daughter and I were able to make informed decisions regarding our purchase. We left the dealership totally satisfied. We will recommend Rick Haines at Breakaway to everyone we know who maybe in the market for a new vehicle. More
The overall experance at the dealership was great. There was no pushie salesman Mr. McAfee was a great salesman to deal with! I contacted internet sales asking if they could match or beat the lowest price I had been able to get on a new Odyssey. They promptly responded with a yes and said when I was ready to give them a call, and beat the lowest price I had been able to get on a new Odyssey. It was approx. 2 months before we made our decision and they did not hassle us in the meantime. They only sent a couple of emails updating me on the inventory and sales they had going on. I was very happy not to get thousands of emails and phone calls from a salesman being pushy or bugging me about when I was going to decide. That in itself on top of having purchased a new vehicle from them in 2003 and having a good experience then along with their responsiveness yet not being a hassle after inquiring about their best price. After speaking to John on the phone one time and letting him know we were coming to look he graciously offered to stay after his normal hours to fit our schedule. In fact he landed up staying until 10 pm on a Friday night to allow us to make a final decision and work with us on finalizing the deal. Matt in Finance also stayed late and helped close the deal. We came back the following day on Saturday to pick our vehicle up since it was late Friday and they wanted to prep and detail the vehicle before we took delivery. These two guys we dealt with were wonderful and thats hard for me to say about a car salesman or dealer. Truly another good experience and we have and will continue to tell friends and family to give them a chance when looking to purchase their next vehicle. Thanks again to John and Matt. More
I have been looking for a new car for 5 years. Every place I have been, the deal ended up in a lie, or bad attitudes from the salesman. Breakaway honda and Jon Haislip was different. He was not pushy like the typical car salesman stereo-type. He answered all my questions, was very nice, and let me make the decision. Breakaway gave me a great price, and a good rate to finance. I am 53 years old and this is the first new car I have purchased. Jon was the first salesman that I have felt comfortable with in that length of time. Breakaway Honda and Jon Haislip accomplished this. Keep treating people fairly and like human beings and you will continue to do great! Most people can see right through fake people, and I feel like everyone we delt with at Breakaway was genuine! More

Simply said, our experience was great. Rick Haynes is a super salesman. He was patient, showed us all vehicles we wanted to check, with extreme patients and no pressure.
