Although it was a rainy day it was covered in leaves and the gentleman that did the demo on how things worked had to scrape the stickers off the windows. This should have been done during the hour wait we had to finally sign the paperwork. We were left alone in the lobby while Danny did a test drive other customers. He asked if he could but in my opinion he should have finished with us first. We were also told the car had Goodyear tires when we test drove it and found it had cheap continental tires on it. We are not real happy with that! We love the car and hope if we have a service experience we will be treated with a little more attention to detail. More

The first thing that impressed me was that he didn't pounce on us or ignore us, but sort of eased his way towards us in a very friendly manner..Secondly,he listened to our needs and showed us a few different vehicles that fit our parameters...lastly, we felt the pricing of the new CRV, and the trade in allowance was fair. Although we really did'nt do much price comparisons....Everything went fast and easy and although we did'nt visit Breakaway Honda we the intention of buying that day. we did anyway...Everyone was very friendly and felt very comfortable being there...Since the purchase we have been getting mail and e-mails welcoming us to the Honda family and offering their assistance...Needless to say we're very impressed so far, but we have a long relationship left... I initially shopped on line looking at a Honda and Ford. Breakaway Honda was the only dealer to respond to my request for information. I was contacted by Rick Haines, who provided the information I requested. We set up a time for me to visit for a test drive of a Ridgeline. He was generous with his time, well prepared, and not pushy. About a week later I was ready to purchase a vehicle and contacted Rick. It turned out to be his day off but he answered his phone anyway. He arranged for me to meet with Christine. After a brief "get to know", I was offered what I considered a fair price on the Ridgeline and my trade-in. I did "shop" the offer with another local Honda dealer with totally unsatisfactory results - poor customer service (handed off to 3 different sales people), a non-competitive price, and a pushy sales manager (deal is only good today!) Both Christine and Rick were very friendly as was the service department. I have bought 17 cars over the past 30 years. Purchasing my Ridgeline from Breakaway Honda and Christine was the most pleasant car shopping experience I have ever had. This was also my first Honda. More
During the years, our family have purchased five Honda's from Breakaway Honda. In three of these instances we have searched out Charles Kelly to assist us. With so many different OEM models to choose from in today's environment, we continue to come back to Breakaway. Not only are the Honda vehicles outstanding, but Charles Kelly and the entire Service Department staff are outstanding! In the large world of automotive dealerships and personnel, Breakaway Honda gives you that 'hometown" caring feel. You are not a one-time buyer, but a long-term customer. We have purchased vehicles here, we have had regular maintenance here, and we have had warranty repairs --- each and everytime the experience has been super! I would also like to make an additional observation that has occurred through the years - we have 3 children in our household, 2 are teenagers who drive our vehicles. Many times they actually volunteer to take the Honda's in to Breakaway for the regular oil changes, etc. because they enjoy the experience they always receive there. Often, even the younger son wants to tag along with his older brother and sister! How many automotive dealerships can you say your kids volunteer to take the car in? Charles and the entire Breakaway Team have my upmost respect and gratitude. More
We purchased a new 2006 Odyssey from another dealer in late 2005 and became extremely disappointed with their service department. We started taking our service work to Breakaway and were very satisfied with their attitude, friendliness and quality of work. When is was time to get a new vehicle we first availed ourselves to competitive internet pricing by area dealers. Of the area dealers Breakaway very definitely stood out as the best in terms of prompt responsiveness, directly answering of our questions and polite but not overbearing follow-up. Christine Brunt was our initial internet contact and she remained our contact throughout the process. I only had to make only 2 visits to the dealership. The first to finalize our decision, get a trade-in value and agree on final pricing. The second was to pick up the new van. This was particularly helpful since we live more than an hour away from the dealership. Christine was great to work with during the process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and very customer oriented. In summary we had a great experience with Breakaway and with Christine. More
I had been thinking of buying a new CRV for quite some time and just never took the time to go look at them but a couple of weeks ago I got a call from BREAKAWAY Saying they understood I was looking for a time and just never took the time to go look at them but a couple of weeks ago I got a call from BREAKAWAY Saying they understood I was looking for an Accord and a CRV. Ny Son and Daughter-in-law, and I went out there. They bought the Accord that day but it took me a little longer. Danny Greene was very patient and gave us all the information we needed to make the decision. We were never pushed in any way to make the decision. I felt very comfortable working with all the people there and would certainly recommend Breakaway, Danny and the entire staff to anyone. More
We just leased our 3rd Honda Odyssey Van through Breakaway. We have loved all our vans and the service that Breakaway offers. He went out of his way to be helpful and went back several times to his manager when we were trying to work out the sales price/trade-in allowance. Matt Lovell in the Finance Dept. was also very knowledgeable and was very friendly. After everything was worked out, Danny Greene, who attends church with my son-in-law, sat in the car with us and showed us all the features I had questions on. It was a very good experience! More
