Took my Passport in for warranty work. Scheduling was easy as they got me in the day after I called. Convenient appointment time. Was greeted right away and although I was going to take Scheduling was easy as they got me in the day after I called. Convenient appointment time. Was greeted right away and although I was going to take a complimentary shuttle home and return to get my car later in the day., they told me that the recall would only take about an hour. A cup of coffee and less than 40 minutes later, I was on my way home with a free coupon for a car wash! Thanks! More
