I would like to give this dealership Fred Anderson Honda in Greenville SC 5 star service. My first point of contact was with Kelsey. She had Jimmy (used cars) to give me a call. This is my first service to Fred Anderson Honda. It wasn’t as good as I would expecting. It was simply service. Just oil, filter, and tire rotation and fluid levels. I wanted air pressure to be It wasn’t as good as I would expecting. It was simply service. Just oil, filter, and tire rotation and fluid levels. I wanted air pressure to be 32 because they were down to 30 and 31. When I checked them next morning most were 31 but most alarming was on the right side of my pilot the 2 two air caps were missing and the left side were loose. Also I noticed my regular service check in service people were gone. I will continue to do services with you but will be more cautious and question people. Gone are my past contacts Mike Richardson ( lot of trust in Mike and Carter Harrelson. Bill More
