My 2025 Genesis G70 has less than 17,000 miles and the battery had to be replaced last week. The only explanation I received was that so many programs run in the background even when the car is off. This review reflects my recent experience with the Service Department at Fred Anderson Genesis of Greer, SC. Connor was excellent to work with at the check-in. The services performed…oil change, air f Service Department at Fred Anderson Genesis of Greer, SC. Connor was excellent to work with at the check-in. The services performed…oil change, air filter replacement, tire rotation, wiper fluid check/fill, wiper replacement and technology update were professionally administered. This was reflective of a 35,000 mile normal service. The car was vacummed before leaving the dealership. Having owned luxury vehicles in the past I was surprised there was no car wash provided as part of the service. Disappointed in technology update erasing all settings regarding connected phones, seat settings & car play in general. More

Beware! I worked with this dealership for close to two weeks trying to arrive at a price and once we agreed on a final out the door price and I told them I w I worked with this dealership for close to two weeks trying to arrive at a price and once we agreed on a final out the door price and I told them I wanted the car, they sold it out from under me. Someone was apparently coming to check it out and after telling them that I wanted the car before the other party arrived, the salesman Chris told me he'd try to see what he could do to tie it down. Really? I tell them I want the vehicle and that I could come get it within a matter of a couple of days and they sell it to somebody else? Lost my trust and faith in this particular dealership bigtime. There'd be no way I'd purchase a vehicle from them and suggest you be very careful trusting them. More
