Greg at the collision center had my car too long, he inconvenienced me when it was time to come get it, held my car longer than necessary, told me he had to keep it because it had to be washed and go th inconvenienced me when it was time to come get it, held my car longer than necessary, told me he had to keep it because it had to be washed and go through a final quality check. Well I could've washed my own car but I was like the quality check is important so whatever. So I wait and tell me why I get to my car and I have 2 different mirrors!!!!! He's gonna tell me the mirror he ordered came in blue and since the car was silver he painted it silver so I'm like you inconvenienced my day and my time so you could wash my car and do a "quality check" with all these people up here and NOBODY NOTICED I HAD 2 DIFFERENT MIRRORS? Please make it make sense!!! So he gonna say to me I can order another one and you could just leave the car and I'll call you when it's ready. You should've seen the look I gave him!!! No I will not leave my car and now I will drive around looking xxxxxxxx with 2 different mirrors and when people would ask what happened I made sure to tell them to go see Greg at Bradshaw Collision in Greer for their body repair needs. And then when it was ordered and had arrived he didn't even call to tell me it was ready I had to call up there and ask and it had already been there 2 days and this was relayed by message through someone else whom I was also talking to because they tried to take $1000 from me instead of my $500 deductible that was charged to me. I swiped my card for the $500 on the 20th of May and since I've never been to that place of business before it did a 10 day hold on the $500 like it was supposed to to make sure everything was on the up and up or whatever but tell me why on the 24th of May I get a notification that I had been charged another $500 from Bradshaw Collision and I'm like hold up wait a minute something ain't right!!! So I called up there and they gonna tell me there was only one charge and I had just gotten new glasses and I've been reading very well for a long and I graduated at 16 so I know I'm not xxxxxxxx. So I hang up and call my bank to bring it to their attention and she tells me yes you're correct. The money was still pending and apparently it wasn't released within a time frame of their liking so they did what she said was called a force charge which forced $500 out of my account to them but not the $500 that was pending because that hadn't been released yet so my bank took care of that but if I hadn't noticed the charge, would they have kept my money?! This was the worst place I have ever been, the worst service I have ever received, I was not valued as a customer, I would never do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone!!! More
