I like the dealership. I have bought many cars here. Very disappointed in my experience in service. I brought my car in because it was jerking. I was told it was the spark I have bought many cars here. Very disappointed in my experience in service. I brought my car in because it was jerking. I was told it was the spark plugs. I was also told that at some point I needed to have the battery and cable looked at. Nothing else was wrong. When I picked up the car my radio and screen was locked. After waiting and being told to come back after lunch (which is what I did), I was told that it was my fault because I chose not to fix the battery. Then I was told that it had happened while they were fixing the spark plugs the day before. Now, I am not sure why I have a car that is not the same as when I dropped it off. I also don’t understand why I wasn’t told of the issue when I picked up the car. Instead, I was delayed two hours just by bad communication. And, I have a car without Bluetooth or radio or gps. More
