Took a whole month to get my truck back. I was ok about the wait but they have poor communication about your vehicle when asked about the progress. They seemed to care less about the visit. Waiting area odor of mcDonalds. Two and 1/2 hours to do oil change and rotation. Left the plastic seat covers and paper in place.
