Good afternoon Mr. Boyce. I am sorry we could not help you with the truck. I know we have spoken several times about this, and unfortunately we are going to have to agree to disagree on some of what you are saying above. Our goal is five star service with every customer and we tried to provide that. I am sorry we could not meet your needs on the truck or the repairs in the time you would like, but I hope you and your extended warranty company can find another place to get the truck performing as it should.
