Lack luster I brought car in for recall work and i wa told it would only be half a day. I brought it in early because i had plans with the vehicle that afternoon. I was called at 5:40pm and informed my vehicle was ready but the service dept closes at 6pm. I am 30 mins away from dealership. I had to change plans since i wouldn't get vehicle back until the following day. More

Saved me money! My car had 25,000 miles on it so I thought it was time for an oil change also. when I spoke with my trusted Mr. Bush he reminded me I had been in with My car had 25,000 miles on it so I thought it was time for an oil change also. when I spoke with my trusted Mr. Bush he reminded me I had been in within the last 6 months and had not driven enough miles to warrant an oil change yet so they just checked the passenger airbag light that was a concern for me. After checking the system out thoroughly I felt much better about the safety and function of the system. Some other individuals may have taken advantage of a female customer. I appreciate Mr. Bush's time and honesty each occasion when I come in and he takes extra time to help me understand the workings and proper care of my vehicle. It is nice to have one special person I can trust with my car. More

Repair an intermittent problem with van I am very happy with Bradshaw because whoever the tech was working on my van finally found a problem that we have been having for over l l/2 years. We brought the van to bradshaw because we finally wanted a gmc service center to see what they could find after taking it to other mechanics. At first I felt I was having a problem with David because after the third day they still didn't know what the problem was because the van wasnt' "acting" up. I thought that they should be looking further than with machines diagnozing the problem and became upset. I do apologize for this because David was right with having to wait a few days to have it finally act up, which it did. My concern was that I had to pay for a rental car and upon knowing that Ed Harris gave me a car from the dealership to use which then did not cost me anything. Once they found the problem they got my van fixed and back to me asap. I am so happy with the fact that my van is finally running great and that the did this for me. Thank you so much. More
