I was not informed that servicing my vehicle would be a minimum of 4 hours and actually took until th The dealership is very clean and people polite. I was not informed that servicing my vehicle would be a minimum of 4 hours and actually took until the next day to return the vehicle to me. Luckily I was not inconvenienced otherwise I would have needed a loaner vehicle. As it was the previous dealership in woodruff had fixed the problem but were concerned of their work. The Bradshaw technician took a quick look at the vehicle and determined there was no problem even after the truck spent the evening at the dealership. The technician made little of the problem I had on a trip where I repeatedly had to forcefully SLAM the doors to keep them shut without warning lights going off. More
